It is a very useful product for me. The size of the product is also the best part of it as it is not very big and doesn't look odd. It has a very good grip on the hands and does not slip at all. It is comfortable and is very useful on sharp & u turns. It is easy to install and comes with a L key so no worries in installing it. Overall a good value for money product.

The quality of the product is very bad. The value for money is very expensive. After fitting the product, it stopped working, and the rotary wheel was not functioning properly. I nearly met with an accident. I have removed it, and would recommend nobody should buy this until they fix their product functionally. I’m also having trouble with return, pick up the pick up gets generated, but when the person comes to pick up the scanning doesn’t happen. Not sure where Amazon is going with all this trouble giving to its customers.

The rubber washer keeps slipping frequently and it does not have a strong grip. After it slips it is tough to place it back and the grip becomes useless. It keeps moving even with the rubber washer in place.

This accessory is a great aid for anyone who struggles with steering every time, making it much easier. I can't imagine driving without it now. It doesn't obstruct normal driving at all. The only minor problem is its size; it can feel somewhat tight depending on the steering wheel cover used. I would highly recommend it, particularly if your power steering is not top-notch.
