Works well for those who suffer from gout attacks in their toes and feet
It does what it said it would, covers my foot, ankle and calf and cools well. I get gout in my toes or foot sometimes if I eat the wrong foods like shrimp. It's good to have this handy when that happens. It's also adaptable for other pain areas like your shoulder or arm and elbow and even your knee. As described and I am very pleased.

Works great for the foot; not so much for the heel
Overall, I do like the wrap. It straps on like a boot. The three velcro straps tighten it at the high ankle, the ankle joint, and the front of the foot. I had to fold one side of the wrap under the other side of the wrap to get a tight fit. I have plantar fasciitis and it does a great job of icing the bottom of the foot. I also have a heel issue that unfortunately the wrap does little for. I have had to place another ice pack inside this wrap to get coverage of the heel/achilleas insertion point. There just seems to be little of the cooling affect at the heel. The material is soft but, I still wear a sock inside of the wrap to prevent a icing burn. The wrap cools quickly after each use. Within a couple hours, it is ready to go again. If there was better coverage of the back and underside of the heel, I would rate this at 5 stars. If you have just need to ice the foot, buy it. I am sure you will be pleased. If you have more of a heel or achilleas issue, it may not be quite right for your application.

Fits big feet
Works great. Saved me some misery! Straps could be sewn in better. You will be glad to have this.

Fits like a glove
Works great for ankle. Only comment is on the top of hte ankle, maybe more coverage could be useful. There is an open spot there.
