Last Ounce of Courage

This is an excellent film that all Americans should watch. Although some may call it "sappy" and predictable, the story is true. Our rights and liberties under the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution are slowly being eroded and taken away from us little by little. "And how can this happen?" you ask. The answer is simple. We have become so complacent and so overly "politically correct" that we have let a very small group dictate to the majority and force their beliefs on us. The Constitution clearly states that we have the freedom to practice our religious beliefs (no matter what they are) in any manner we see fit and the government has NO RIGHT to dictate to us otherwise. It states "freedom OF religion" not freedom FROM religion! If we are going to allow this to happen, then the film asks the very serious question, what exactly have the 3 million plus Americans who fought for these liberties since the beginning of this nation, die for? The only reason I am giving this film a 4 instead of a 5 is I am one of the 13% of Americans (over 30 million) who suffer from some type of hearing impairment, and yet the distributors of this film, one which talks about our rights and liberties in this country, is subtitled in SPANISH AND FRENCH ONLY!! So the very Americans who are affected by our ights and liberties being eroded are not given the courtesy of having the film subtitled in our OWN LANGUAGE!!! What a disgrace to the distributors.

It is hard sometimes to get people to take the time to watch it, but once they do they are really impressed and motivated to action.For example, I had to ask my son three or four times if he had watched it yet. Finally he, his wife, and his 8 and 10 year old daughters watched it. They are strong Christians and They were all impressed. In fact, my son made a website and has the movie, the trailer, as well as information on our constitution, bill of rights, and amendments. The site if anyone wants to check it out is [...] The movie has suggested actions available to churches and my son and I are in the process of contacting churches we know to promote the movie-but more importantly- encourage the pastors and church members to stand up and exhibit some COURAGE to take action !I have also emailed a number of people and included links to the movie-and the response has always been very strong and positive. A great film that could wake up Christians and Americans to stand up and use their "last ounce of courage" to make a difference.

This was an exceptionally well-acted movie, great character interaction and development, with a well-thought out plot, and very expertly executed! I would have given it 5 stars (wish I could have given it 4.5 stars), because the volume was so low! I had to jack it up to level 42 (usually keep it about 16-18 for normal TV sound!). Finally, a friend watching it with me put on Turbo Sound, an option on my TV, and then it was fine. Other than that, I can't say enough about how wonderful it was- a real tear-jerker in the best sense--patriotic without being smaltzy (it was on the edge a few times, but never went over it), Some might feel it was too emotional and patriotic. I didn't, because we seem to have lost the love of our country and the appreciation of our soldiers and what they bled and died for. This brings it home. I am proud to have this in my DVD collection!

It was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. Our world is changing so fast having lived in the 50's it's scary. Our politicians and everyone we are supposed to trust have long been gone. Trying to change the words and feelings of Patriotic people, those of us who try and live by the laws and rules that our Founding Fathers left for us, has always been enough except in the last 20 years ,and now it's bordering to not even give us our Freedom. If you can't depend on the IRS, and we're trying to sell the world that Abortion is o.k. and we've killed babies so inhumanely and have tried to destroy the Family Unit. No respect for our Holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and the rest our grandchildren won't ever recognize "The America" and freedoms that we grew up with. That's what I loved about this movie. Last ounce of Courage is what it takes to get our Country back where it should be!

I Bought this movie, rented it, donated a copy to a library, & bought a copy to lend to fellow American Patriotsand Christian brothers. I do not recall any mention of this movie in the media, nor do I recall it playing in localcinema. It is moving, it is uplifting, it is a feel good movie, it is a family movie, it carries a message worthy ofsharing, and it deserves a 5+ rating.This year, I will watch 'LAST OUNCE OF COURAGE' during Thanksgiving/Christmas season for the 7th time.RRR Sanford, NC

I heard someone on the radio recommend this movie so I watched it. I've been able to find it the last few years on our streaming devices but recently haven't been able to find it. This is a movie that I watch every year now around Christmas. We do have to stand and fight for our freedoms and rights as Americans. For some reason there are people out there who try to stir unwanted trouble. Just watch the movie and you'll know what I'm talking about. Itll become every year Christmas movie for you as well

This was a wonderful movie, showing we as Christians still should show our rights as Freedom is still Freedom if we stand up for what we believe..it showed don't give up, we have celebrated Christmas honoring our LORD and Savior. We need to keep on going on showing we aren't going to give up. It amazes me to see what others are trying to do to stop us from worshing our Savior Jesus Christ. We. We'd to take back our Freedom, Worship, Praying, and keep out there showing others we Will Not Give Up.Be thankful for our Service Men and Women for keeping us Free. Purchased to review - Christian propaganda film that also happens to think showing a snuff film to kids at their Xmas pageant is cause for celebration - truly messed up, persecution-complex film. Only purchase used, if possible, to avoid producers making more money to make this trash.

A good movie about taking a stand and taking back things that are slipping away.

What a wonderful movie this was.Its sad actually that this is currently just where the US is heading.We need to stand together for our beliefs .
