This is ground to a powder form. So no need to wait for it to steep. By the time I have added the hot water from my k-cup machine and then added some Stevia to sweeten it with, it's ready to drink. Don't worry about trying to drink down the fine powder at the bottom, all of the good stuff was in your tea that you just enjoyed before you got to the bottom.

Good stuff as expected

I used to use the bark and brew tea. I noticed that I was not getting a strong enough drink for me so I tried this. It is so much better than the bark. I will be using this going forward. This powder is a great anti-fungal. We have a little dog who originally came from a puppy mill, then a shelter, then another owner who discovered she had allergies, etc. Anyway, she could not eat dogfood that contained chicken or turkey, but could eat lamb. She had a large spot of hair scratched off of her back when I first got her. I bought a few cans of sardines and some doggie probiotics. I gave her a sardine sprinkled with Pau d'Arco and probiotics and then smashed it with a fork. She loved it and soon you could no longer smell her when she walked into the room and she grew a very full coat! In case you would like to try this for your pet I gave her sardines about every other day alternating with dog food. (Dry dog food without corn and wheat is ideal, but costs more.)
