do you keep the support on day and night

Hi Jackie, no-I wear it only during the day when I am doing the movement or action which caused the injury in the first place-or a similar movement which you know is going to make it worse. In my case, this is playing tennis, or using my right arm continously-like knocking a lot of nails in. Hope this helps- the support has realyy helped me by the way.

Will this fit my elbow, I have measured it. and it is 30cm ?

Hi, sorry for the delay, not been here. My elbow measures 27cm and the adjuster allows it to sit fine so I believe there should be no problem for you. I used it for a month to ease what I think is tennis elbow. Dont think it did much for me as I still have the problem.

Where about do you wear this on your arm do you put it by the elbow joint on the pain

What size range of forearm will it fit. My forearm is 31.5cm so worried it will be too tight

It us adjustable with Velcro and really a bit large for my arm. I found it a bit cumbersome, but I'm a 5 foot female, so I'm sure it would fit a man better. DI'd work well though for golfers elbow. Hope this helps.
