Wheel makes big sound when push or pull.Wheel should be make by hard rubber.

The bag design is perfect for what I need it for, however the quality is very bad. This is the second of this exact bag I have purchased but the first one did not last very long. Two holes appeared in the lower sides and a tear in two of the pockets.

Item arrived well before time and in excellent condition.

I hope you find this review helpful & it helps your decision/thoughts on this product & spares you from making, what I believe to be, a dreadful purchase - Thank you.If I was given this bag for free I wouldn't use it for anything other than stationary storage and even then, I wouldn't trust that it wouldn't fall apart as the build quality is terrible.Let's address some of the product mistruths:"2 smooth-running wheels" ~ Ok, they run smoothly if spun by hand, however, add (permitted) weight & they start to buckle."Sturdy durable" ~ It's neither sturdy nor durable. I used this product once & it failed! At least I got a laugh out of reading that particular 'advantage'"The bag is made of durable material and with the robust feet on the bottom surface, scratching of the bag is prevented." ~ Again, it is NOT made from durable material nor is said flimsy material stitched together in a durable fashion. The feet do not prevent scratching, I'll address that in a bit."SIMPLY TILT and TOW" ~ This may be true on a glasslike surface but in the real-world surfaces are far from even and if you tow this bag on an uneven surface it will tear the flimsy fabric. The same is true for carrying and rubbing it off an uneven upright structure. It's the boy-in-the-bubble bag.The Telescopic arm is weak & prone to twisting under the slightest pressure. It also adds nothing via structural bag support like most half decent bags with telescopic arms do - basically spineless.Note the twist in accompanying pic with min effort applied to the handle whilst holding the bottom in place. Real-world: it will twist, and turn & I suspect it’ll easily break depending on your cargo (the bag offers little structure, so items will shift & this lop-sidedness will, I believe, break/bend the arms &/or dislodge it from its weak housing)There's a right-angled material that's used in all bags with rear wheels. This material should be rigid/plate-like, it's located, in an 'L' shape, inside the rear bottom & back of the bag & it is the housing that the wheels are affixed to.It is, in essence, the crux of the bag, adding its strength, structure stability/form, longevity & allows the wheels to function correctly.As evident by the accompanying pictures you can see corners were cut here making this bag practically useless - It's like cheap cardboard!When you look at the pics keep in mind I’ve only used this once!Look at how the wheels wore it will give you an idea as to how they obviously buckled sideward due to the flimsy housing. Also, note the tear along the seam and down from it – again caused from poor structural ‘L’ shape support but the fabric is so bad it’ll tear here regardless of use if you use the telescopic arm.I twisted (with min effort) the 'L' support to demonstrate how feeble it is - you shouldn't be able to do this with and telescopic bag. A Well adhered strong ridged plastic plate should have been used. If you have a bag you're replacing have a look at this section and if it's a decent bag, you'll understand just how shoddy this product is.Whoever made this bag, shame on you & to the seller, shame on you too for selling such an inferior product!Let my ignorance in ‘gambling’ on this product instead of heeding the negative reviews already present be a cautionary sign along with the fact, that the seller hasn’t addressed any complaints nor concerns. Even the Q&A is littered with digs from purchasers – again unattended by the seller.I’m the fool the seller gambles on. I strongly urge you not to follow.Hope this helped & I hope you find a worthy bag.

Amazing quality and price.The only thing is I wish the handle could be more sturdy. However it servers its purpose.It's big and well worth the money.

I needed a bag for camping and this bag was perfect. Mine was really got quality and zips DO work. Wheels are good as well. GREAT BAG!!!!!!

very good product

hmmm i would recommend this product and i wouldn't. Space wise its great as its exterior is material so can shape to its contents and fits a lot inside. However, it is not very sturdy as the handle etc is made of plastic so looks like it could break and that said the material on mine actually got a hole in it which i sewed up lol. ps i managed to fit about 18 kg of stuff in it for a holiday.
