Substantial
These charms are solid and heavy, much nicer than what I normally come across in the craft stores. The rhinestones are sparkly and none seemed to be missing which is always a problem in costume jewelry pieces. My only complaint is that the enamel "eye" is a bit dull and blurry. I don't think this will be an issue with the finished pieces, but I did take one star off based on that fact. Otherwise, they're very nice and would make a pretty addition to bracelets and necklaces.
