The foil balloon will not hold air. After blowing it up and sealing it, it immediately starts leaking air out and deflating.

Came with everything shown. I went to Kroger to have balloons filled with helium but it didn't last the whole day not sure if that was because of the balloons or the helium. My daughter loved it and able to use cutouts afterward to hang in her tent
