It's is nice electric cycle, battery backup is very good, speed 25km/h. Nice look, Motor don't make weird noise, it's smooth, ease to ride, and so many functionality with pad assist. Durability is nice Cons:- You have to buy a wide seat saddle, for comfortable ride. Horn , Carrier and mudguard, you have to purchase , it's not included in it.

The cycle is good , powerful motor and have 5 level of pedal assist. The package came with a missing screw for one of the handle bar, but that's manageable as I got it from near by cycle store. Can be assembled by taking help from customer support. After using it for 2 months I can recommend this cycle to anyone who frequently commute for 5-10 kms daily.

The break was bad because the rear brake was not working properly and in the front brake the break wire cover was in a very bad condition like it was used and the main problem was that the cycle was not turning on the seat has no comfort

Pros: Delivery was quick. Packaging was good. Easy to Assemble. Built quality is good. Cons: Seating is not that comfortable. It will pain if we ride it for longer hours. It would have been even more a better product if Mud Guards, Horn and Headlight would have been provided. I see that competitors like Leader are providing Mud Guards, Horn and Headlight along with the product at much lesser price. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because of the above cons. Overall product is good and we are enjoying riding it.

Buying an electric cycle was a long planned decision. Used to drive to office everyday 17 kms to and fro with no exercise at all. Cycling was one of the best possibilities to get some exercise in the day. Only concern was that I didn't want to reach office all sweaty by cycling, I owned a btwin triban 100 which is a fantastic bike but cycling always made me sweaty. Bikes in consideration were Emotorad X1, Emotorad Emx and Hero Lectro. Loved every bit of Emx also the bigger battery. Cost of that bike is totally justified with the aluminium frame, 21 gears, torquey hub motor and 10.5 Ah battery but my requirement was for daily commute and imo motor is meant to assist rider's pedalling then why to have gears else buy pure mechanical geared cycle. And my commute was just 17 kms daily so decided to go with mind towards X series and not with heart. Coming to X series, loved the design. Entire X series was out of stock for almost a month since I last saw the bike on amazon. Loved X1 and was supposed to buy the same, but bought X2 because of unisex design. Because of this, I have been able to take wifey out for cycle ride over the weekend with me on Triban 100 and electric ride for her.. She also loved it.. Plus the display. It has been a week since assembly, and I have ridden 108 kms till now (thanks to the screen) and charged only twice. One, when the battery was new before installation and one after around 57 kms. I have been commuting daily to office on the same. I run only on pedal assist 1 or 2 and 10% on throttle. Now coming to why Emotorad? When I was searching for the electric bicycle Emx was the only most rated cycle on Amazon and Flipkart combined with many positive reviews and genuine photos. Same on YouTube. And what I found different was those reviews though we're about the product but everyone praised the service Emotorad had been providing. So getting into a new territory, service was something I mostly cared for because more or less everyone's product must me similar but it will be service which really mattered. About hero Lectro, they were not only the most established brand and with least powered battery for same cost but also everyone talked about no response from customer service support. Emotorad customer service team has been on my whatsapp since day 1 from installation to understanding of any component. And they even arrange for their tech support with quick escalation in case of no resolution. Currently I am facing an issue with throttle response delay of 10-15 seconds but expecting Emotorad to resolve the same on time. Will update what happens. Love the product overall and hope to lose some weight and stay healthy.
