Hi, the are unisex and fit both

Q: If i wear a 7.0 in mens what size to get

I wear different sizes in shoes, boots, sneakers etc... I wear close to a 9-9.5 in sneakers and bought a 9.0 and they fit perfect.

Q: Are the sk8- hi authentic? Or are they fake?

I bought the MTE version which means they are vans weatherproof edition, and they work great, and do not seem fake at all. So if you are buying the authentic SK8-Hi, I would assume that they would be real and authentic vans skate shoes.

Q: I wear size 9 men in Nike shoes what size would it be for these shoes

For every brand it would be a bit different. We suggest you to go to Vans' website to find a generic size chart for their shoes, instead of referring to sizing of other brands.
