I'll keep this short. I think this is my fourth Thermalright heatsink and honestly, these things just work. Been running them across desktop build, UNRAID array, Proxmox box, you name it. The construction is solid, installation is dead simple, and it completely eliminated those annoying temp warnings I was getting in UNRAID. The NVMEs are running noticeably cooler now, a scrub used to push them into the 65-70c, now they sit at a comfortable 40c-45c. Works well for the price.

For the price, this can't be beat. I recently upgraded my motherboard, and the new one didn't allow me to properly seat my old motherboard's included m2 heatsinks on it. I tried, but resting temperatures were around 61-62C and hit 71C under load. This dropped temperatures by 7-8C. Very easy to install, feels secure, and works passively to reduce heat on my Crucial P5.

Thermalright, am I right? Very good design, the function is what you need, doesn't have any bling. The packaging, the materials, etc. are all impeccable. Not over the top. But then the price is just right. I am VERY impressed with Thermalright. If they keep it up, I will just search for their products every time.

TLDR: Fractal Terra users should check motherboard and GPU tolerance for rear-mounted SSDs. Other than that, great heatsink. This heatsink certainly gets the job done. I've seen lower temps on my rear-mounted 990 PRO ever since installing it. However, I would beware of tolerance issues if you have a Fractal Terra Mini ITX case. After applying the heatsink onto my SSD, it was very difficult to assemble my PC back together. The riser cable was being pressed up against the heatsink by the GPU cooler. Extremely well made, very easy to install. I have high confidence that this will improve the thermal performance nvme ssd. This is gonna be a vast improvement over anything else.

Keeps my nvme drive nice and cool. The thermal pad is stuck on good so no worries of that coming off.

THE BEST nvme heatsink

I used this on a Crucial P310 in the secondary nvme slot on my GIGABYTE B660M DS3H . It was close even my compact two fan RTX 4070 Ventus 2X 12G OC but it did fit.. See the picture I added. I didn't notice until i was taking the picture for this review that i put the Thermalright logo upside down, so mind the orientation when installing. The temps stay cool.. I checked with crystal disk info and it's showing 38 degrees Celsius with average use here in winter. I will have to check in the summer when it's warmer in the room but yeah I am satisfied.

Por lo general los motherboard actuales el mejor heatsink que traen es el que está conectado directo al CPU y los que traen conectados al chipset suelen traer heatsinks mas sencillos y prefiero éste ya que también libra bien las GPUs.

It works. Nvme m.2 Temperatures are noticeablely down. The Samsung 990 pro now runs around 55 degrees and the ASIC is around 70 degrees Celsius. Before this the asic controller could hit around 100 degrees celcius during crystal disk mark.

Excelente, muy fácil de instalar y una gran mejora en la temperatura de mi SSD. Además, al ser tan compacto, inclusive pude instalar una tarjeta expansora para USB, la cual me preocupaba no se pudiera instalar tras el disipador. Pero todo bien, quedó exacto. Muy recomendado.

Es más pequeño de lo que se ve en la imagen y queda genial se siente con buen peso y buena protección al m2

Crei que la temperatura hiba a bajar mas que el disipador incluido con mi tarjeta madre (Gigabyte X570S Aorus Elite), pero solo fueron como 3 grados de diferencia, se enfria mas rapido despues de baja la cantidad de uso, pero es poca la diferencia, yo creo que mi ssd (WD Black SN770) produce mucho calor para este disipador, creo que lo ideal es comprar uno tenga tubos termosifón (heat pipes)
