Causes acne be careful
This pack got delivered on 10th aug 2025, been taking them since then, in between took it like on alternate days, my skin is oilier side and I am getting lot of acne eruption on face and behind ears. I am going to stop taking this medicine for a couple of weeks and check if acne eruptions are still happening and update again. It contains iodine and iodine supplements even in small amts can trigger acne.

Makes you very cold. Needs reformulation.
Started it to increase my t3. But it Makes you very cold. I started taking this then went off and then went back on again to see if this is what makes you colder. It definitely makes you feel really really cold. Maybe it needs to be reformulated. My mom tried it out too, it made her cold as well. She has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I on the other hand do not have any metabolic ailments.
