Cadac Gas connector with Quick Release

Connector was good but was too big for my weber coonection. Sellers were really good and sent me a refund on my return

I bought this QR connector so I could use a 5kg PatioGas ( propane ) bottle with a Weber Q1200 barbecue. Easy to fit, just be mindful that the coupling is a left-handed thread as most gas couplings are. The BBQ has had plenty of use since then, and I ' leak check ' the couplings before each use. No problems, and I now feel happy to recommend as long as fitting is carried out correctly.

Works pretty well with the Cadac Carri Chef 2. No problems with leakage and clips on fairly easily. I purchased it as the set up video I watched stated that you needed a spanner to tighten the regulator onto the Cadac but the design has clearly been changed and comes with a tail piece with a big blue wing nut on so you don't need a spanner. I had to go and collect this from the post office as the item would not sit through my letter box. A slight case of over packaging perhaps.

Decent quality little qr fitting for my BBQ and camping stove,it's not the cheapest but the cheaper ones lack the quality,do you want to risk leaky gas fittings I don't
