Christmas Decorations Smooth Glass Crystal AB Coloured Icicle Tree Decor Xmas x6

I purchased these ornaments especially for Christmas decorations and I was expecting resin, plastic or some other kind of faux glass. But no, they are clear glass and feel suitably "weighty" (though by no means heavy) as well as being marvellously clear and bright.In fact it seemed rather absurd to simply stow them away after the holiday not to see the light of day again until next year - so I didn't. Being glass they are to an extent weatherproof and so make excellent garden ornaments when placed where they will catch the sun. I was a little concerned that my local Magpie might take an interest in these nice shiny baubles and try to steal them, as they are wont to do, but I have them hanging from a (thin) line between two trees which makes them inaccessible to such Avian brigands.Now, having survived from Christmas to the beginning of summer I am satisfied that as well as being very pleasing to look at these glass drops are tough, resilient and safe.I was impressed with the quality of these items upon receiving them - it's nice when a mail order item turns out to be even more impressive "in the flesh" than in the advertising - and had decided to buy a further set even before I'd thought to extend their active lives beyond the traditional Twelve Days of Christmas and into the other 353 days.So now they are on active duty all year round rather than being stowed away in the attic for the bulk of the time. I also like the fact that they are all of varying lengths rather than all being of a standard length; this allows one to be more imaginative in their disposition - although in the configuration I have, I like to have them at random lengths across the span where they are being suspended, this means the effects of light reflecting and refracting is also in random patterns. Because of course if you do intend using them outdoors then it is absolutely essential they are placed to take maximum benefits from the sunlight and not hidden away in shade.And of course you can always use them as Christmas decorations...So in conclusion, some excellent and quality baubles that with a little imagination you can put to use for 365 days a year. Now that's real value I reckon - and remember... decorations are for life, not just Christmas!!

These were much better than I expected. They are real glass and look fantastic up. I have a rim around the edge of the room on the ceiling. I have hung these around the rim of the ceiling and they look fantastic, particularly when the rim lights are on. There is a pearlescent effect from the drop at the end of the drop. They looked so good I ordered another set of 3. I have 7 boxes in total and I’m delighted with them. Package they are packed in is a bit flimsy and out of 7 packages only one piece was broken on delivery, which isn’t bad. Definitely worth the money.

Stunning on my tree but 2 cracked because of temperature change, but still they looked Stunning on my tree.

I have bought these crystals before and wanted more. They are beautiful and much nicer than the plastic ones you can get, as I think they reflect the Christmas tree lights better. They're different sizes, too. They come in a box, and are additionally protected by an inner sleeve with slots for each one to avoid breakages.

Would have given 5 stars .Look lovely bought 3 boxes great to add another dimension to tree but 4 longer ones broken so packaging not sufficient

They are beautiful and looked fab on my gold twig treeThe box it arrived in had separate compartments for each “hanging drop” which I kept to store them when took tree down.Perfect & great quality at awesome price!

As having received quite a few from the Netherlands thought it would be nice to add to them, yes they are lovely, and also like the different sizes really wonderful for the price

These are very pretty, catch the light nicely, just wish they were a bit longer.
