Vertx Kryptek Hat

This is a very good hat for the price. I love the fact that its American made and the fit is awesome. I only like wearing low profile hats, other fits look goofy on me. The design of the print and the feel of the material is top notch. Would recommend. I just wish it had another place on the back for another tab patch, but still a great hat.

It has a neat pattern but the colors tend to be washed out so the pattern is hard to see unless you look closely at the hat. If the colors were more vivid and sharp it would be a very cool looking hat. The hat material is very nice, the graphics were just cheaply done. The price was a little steep I expect better quality at that price point

Enjoy this cap. I was originally concerned how fit would be from reviews but I'm happy. It's an operator cap and not baseball style cap that would probably sit higher. I can wear my ear protection comfortably over this cap without it getting in the way and it keeps sunlight and brass off the top of my head. Design of this cap fits what I look for in headwear.

great hat, fits exactly as expected. The Kryptek cammo pattern is done in fairly sedate colors which makes it a great hat for every day (non-tactical) wear.

Hat is entirely to small. Would fit good on a kid. I have kryptek camo I got from krytek's actual website. When I compare this hat to my camo the hat looks cheap. If you want kryptek go to their website or find another dealer.

I got the hat much earlier than expected. It fits very snug and I love the Velcro adjustments.I love the Camo Pattern (I got Kryptek Mandrake) and really like the Velcro mount for a patch in the front. Ordered a USA Flag Patch to go with it.ABSOLUTELY LOVE that it was made here in the USA!Great quality, feels comfortable while wearing!

Great hat and well made. Love the Kryptek Nomad pattern and colors. Only thing that it lacks is a mesh back. It would be a good bit cooler on those warm days and the cap would definitely breathe better.

I really wanted to like this hat, but it fit me like a little kid's hat. I am very particular about how my hats fit on my head, and due to the description I was pretty optimistic about the Vertyx. I do have a small head and a shallow crown, so I like my hats to sit low on my head (NOT like a trucker's cap).This crown on this hat is WAY too shallow, causing it to "ride high" like you're wearing a hat that's too small. Also, the way in which the bill was sewn on caused it protrude straight out, rather than at a slope like most hat bills do (and should).The quality and craftsmanship was very good, and the print and embroidery on the hook 'n' loop was cool looking, but overall the fitment was terrible. I ended up with the cheap-o Typhon Outdoor Cap and also the Condor Typhon cap, both of which fit much better than the Vertyx. I should add that I was able to purchase both competitor's brand hats for less than the Vertyx...and will be keeping both of them, while the Vertyx was immediately returned to Amazon.
