Great device I would recomend to any body with breathing problems helped me out I use it every day about 4/5 times a day . item is easy to carry around and just put in your pocket to use when needed

This item has clearly been opened and used before then sent back. Without clear instructions or contact details for further guidance. As it is going into my mouth I only want a new product.

Unclear Instructions
Can anyone tell me whether you inhale using your mouth or nose as the packet says use Diaphragmatic breathing technique. Diaphragmatic technique specifically uses breathing in through the nose, if this is the case there is no need for the inhale settings.

I bought a 2nd for a friend as the one I got for myself was very good! Sadly this one of the dials came off during unpacking! So I’m afraid a poor review for this one! 👎
