Pretty decent
We had a 3" memory foam topper on the bed that was just too soft and my husband sank in and wasn't comfortable. We changed to this 1" topper that was supposed to be more dense (4 lb weight), but it feels just as soft as the other one. Luckily, since it is only 1" thick we don't sink in badly. It offers just enough softness to be comfortable and protect my back from the firm mattress, but not enough softness that we sink in and can't move like the other one. Overall it's a decent topper.

A mattress topper for those looking for just a little extra comfort
This is a perfect memory foam topper if you're looking for just a little extra comfort. Remember, it's only 1 inch thick after all. It provides a noticeable difference in my mattress but not to the point where the overall firmness of the mattress has changed. It's reasonably priced and well worth the money.

Excellent support
I wanted something that would add comfort yet give good support when trying to sleep and moving on the bed and that's why I bought this 4 lb foam and not the more common 3 lb. This works great! A little firmer than 3 lb. but very comfortable. I've only used it in the winter so can't comment on whether it's hot or not yet. Would definitely buy it again.

Thinner is better
Started with the 3 inch version which felt as though I was sleeping in a divet. Switched to the thinner version and love it.

There were two holes in the top around the middle of the mattress cover, looks like it was cut with a box cutter.
