I have suffered with piriformis syndrome for months. Medication, cortisone, and physical therapy was not relieving the pain. I was unable to get out of bed without using a cane for support. I had nothing to lose by giving this a try after reading about red light therapy and how it helps with muscle pain and circulation. I have used it for a week so far. I have not had the stabbing pain in the morning that I have lived with for months. I do have aching pain but this is a huge improvement. Is it the red light therapy or a coincidence? I don’t know. I do know I feel a lot better. Try this product. You have nothing to lose but perhaps the pain you’re living with.

I really liked this kinesiology tape. The strips come pre-cut, which saves time and makes it super easy to use. I wore it while training and throughout the day it stayed on even when I was sweating a lot. It’s comfortable, doesn’t irritate my skin, and really helps relieve muscle tension. Still sticks well after a couple of days. Great value for the price!

I have severe carpal tunnel in both of my hands due to pregnancy, and I find it difficult during the day to use the splints because it limits my range of motion and ability to take care of my other children and things I have to do. I opted to try KT tape after doing some research online and found this tape here on Amazon and decided to give it a try because it was affordable and offered multiple roles and the reviews seemed pretty good. (Also the pink is a nice color) I found that this is a really good tape it sticks pretty good I’m pretty active and obviously use my hands a lot, I also carry my three-year-old son in my left arm, which is the arm that I taped and took a picture of. The tape in the in the picture has been on my left arm for two days, it has survived, carrying my child and daily showers with minimal peeling or fraying. It also comes off rather easily (the box came with instructions on how to adhere and remove without damaging your skin. And the colors don’t bleed or anything so you don’t have to worry about it staining your clothing. If you’re a first timer and want an affordable tape with multiple rolls I highly recommend giving this a try!

Unlike other brands this stays in your skin. I bought cheaper version and it kept falling right off. However the glue made me break out a little of I left it on for a long time. But I would rather have joint support and not over extend then have acne free shoulders and be in a world of hurt. This product even helped my pelvis to stop tilting

Love this tape. It is easy to apply and works well with my knee problems. I have sensitive skin and have no irritation from the tape.

It allright and not best tape but I got bad itchy and skin Peel .. I don’t understand why mmmm I try find right brand for my tape on my right shoulder as use while I bowling and tournament & league too
