Being a lady of 56 I was a bit shocked by the onset of menopause and the urinary issues that came with it. I have both urge and stress incontinence. I've now bought quite a few pairs of these as they are so absorbent and comfortable. The material has a silky feel and the pants are full and fit well. I am usually a size 16 on the bottom but bought an 18 and I'm glad I did. A 16 would not have fitted so well. The gusset feels a bit bulky when first put on but I soon forgot about that. They have saved me on quite a few occasions. I carry an extra pair and a "wet" bag every time I know I'll be out for more than an hour. I really like these pants. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the sizing. They definitely come up small.

They are money well spent , comfortable, much better than the pads , I usually buy them with my grocery order ,but buying them in bulk I’m saving at least £2 a pk of 12 . I will be buying them from Amazon on a regular basis they come in pjs of 6 . They arrived the next day

To expensive 15pounds would be fair ...

I was surprised at how soft and comfortable these are. I misread the add and was expecting a pack of 3 not 1 pair 3 times absorbency so they did work out a bit expensive.

Good pants but I wear a size 24 and this XL size was too tight on my legs unfortunately.

Purchased for my mother. The fit is perfect and great quality.

If only Hermes took returns as well, but they don’t so when Intook them back the local garage took them, but it was a ten mile round trip

Ordered these as XL but too big need to return and try the XL - quality looks good though
