Great product makings my arm built buy wearing it and working out

When wearing these bands, it takes me half as long to feel the swell during my workouts. It allows me to power through my third set with a lot of difficulty, where without the bands 3 sets wasn’t even a challenge unless I went up in weight, but that would challenge me on the first set. I’m actually seeing an increase in strength and muscle, without having to add a dangerous amount of weight. The only problem is, when putting them on your own arms, it is so easy to pinch yourself with the band or the clip. It’s also difficult to get the right tightness on your own.

I like the quality of the straps and the closure system works great. I can only use the longer straps on my arm area above the bicep(15.75 inches) so the shorter straps are not used. I would recommend this product!

My first time utilizing these type of bands and I must say they are fantastic and work as prescribed. Takes some getting used to but I have already utilized on 3 workouts and the pump is just amazing. The straps are strongly made and easy to place on your arms and legs. I highly recommend the straps for BFR training. The buckles snap up and down easily.

I have had these bands for several months now and used them for different workouts. I bought this set because it came with bands for the legs and arms for a decent price. For the legs these worked great. The straps are wide and you can cinch the straps to the right occlusion. One down side is if you get the buckle in the wrong spot during your lift then it will release. The straps for the arms are a different story. They are exactly the same as the leg straps just cut shorter. This makes the width of the bands too big for the arms and the buckles are bulky and depending on location actually get in the way. The buckels can also be difficulty to clasp when doing it by yourself. I also have had more problems keeping the buckles latched on the arms. So for the price you are getting a set of 4 but really these bands only work for using on your legs.

I'm new to using these, I just received them, for me they fit well. I have never used bands like this, but as far as the quality of the product they are nice and comfortable, they stretch well. For the money I paid the quality is great. I start using them at the gym today. UPDATE:I have used these a week and I do feel a workout for arms that seems to be felt after better than before, much more than just using weight machines alone. My goal this summer is better arms, so I like this a lot.

Shipping was fast & the quality is amazing! Only downside was there wasn’t any directions for use or suggested workouts. It took some time to figure these out to make sure I was using them appropriately but after I had it down I was able to feel quality! Love this purchase! Also, I had hip surgery last year and this helped me reach my goal with little to no pain! I can’t wait to begin week two and see more results!

I wouldn't recommend this product at all. It didn't really grip, they came with no instruction, and it had the foulest and disgusting smell. I had to let them sit out in the garage for three days before I could even bring them in. I wouldn't recommend these for first-time users. They are not user-friendly.

Items are as they were described and they work as designed. The only reservation is the longevity of these. Therer is alot of pressure on the clips so I feel they will fail after a short time. But so far so good.
