These soldier fly larvaes are plump and whole, my chickens love them. This was a very good buy.

These are the best value for the money for BSF. I mix them in with black oil sunflower seeds to put in my feeders and the birds love them. This is a fairly large amount, but I have a lot of birds that visit my feeders.

We were feeding our chickens mealworms but because of the cost we almost had to stop. I looked on Amazon to find my girls a cheaper or an alternative and came across these Black Soldier Fly Larvae.They are just as good as the mealworms, larger, less expensive and our flock loves them. I buy this often but due to the pricing changes and box size I do shop for specials and this one does not frequently have better pricing. The birds love them and that's important quality of worms seem very good although I haven't tested them myself lol

Good price was a little put off by all the live bugs had it sitting on my dining room table and they were crawling out.
