The Real Deal---As I remember a Chicago Hot Dog to be when growing up in Chicago. The kit's packaging is first-class. I pair with a slice of Boar's Head Kosher dill pickle and fresh tomatoes. --The celery salt, bottled peppers and relish quantities are sufficient for many more than 10 Hot Dogs.

These are definitely the best dogs I’ve tried. They have great taste and I love that “snap” the casing gives. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the price. Like everything else now, expect to pay a lot. For that reason we only have them in July for my mother’s birthday party because they are her most favorite thing on earth. She is 94 so has had the time to compare them to lots of things, but if you tell her she can have anything she wants and ask her what that would be, she will tell you she wants “ those hot dogs”!
