Is there a way to get additional poles?

yeah cause I left mine inside the water filled side and started to rust.. I would want extra poles too

Can you buy on or two more extensions for this product ? I love love love this mop but it’s so short it’s back breaking

Dear customer, Thank you for your appreciation of our mop, and we apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you. We are sorry that there are no separate extra extension sticks accessories on sale, currently is only a set of mop handle, and the extension sticks inside are available to be set up in your mop, please go to have a look on product link https://www.amazon.com/JOYMOOP-Microfiber-Cleaning-Washable-Adjustable/dp/B091F3HHMD . And it's grateful to hear your vocie, we will consider put more mop extensions in our furture products. Perhaps you can pay a liitle attention. If you have any other questions, please be free to contact us. Thanks, JOYMOOP

Improvement? Have they improved how the mop head attaches? It was three Velcro strips that peeled away after a few uses.

Hi dear customer, During the use of pads, please notice that 1, Make sure the pad's UP side is right. 2, Match the three pockets in PAD correctly with corresponding three tabs/clips in the mop-head. 3, Press firmly to make the pad stick on mop-head. If there is any problem on the item, please message us via Amazon, we'll help you fix it. Thanks.

Where can I contact the seller? I bought mine and within a month of use the mop head broke.

Go to my orders on Amazon and open up the information about the product and look for the seller information. There should be info given to contact the seller.
