Philips Avent Natural Response Glass Baby Bottle 4oz/120 ml with Slow Flow Teat (Flow 2), SCY930/01

These bottles are absolutely perfect, I would recommend to everyone, definitely worth the price. The bottles don’t have many parts so are really easy to wash and sterilise. The teats don’t drip so never get leaks anywhere, milk only comes out when baby sucks, you can have the bottle at any angle or even if baby is drifting off mid feed you don’t have to worry about it still flowing into their mouth and choking. The glass is thick, and the quality of it all is really good. Also since using these bottles baby is now willing to breastfeed which she wouldn’t previously meaning I no longer have to exclusively pump. The dummy in this set is the only one the baby will take without gagging (have tried 6 other brands). The anti colic valve works well as we don’t seem to have issues with gas anymore, I think also the test shape suits babies mouth better than others so the seal is better stopping her sucking in extra air. Our baby used to have issues with choking, we had previously tried nuk, mam, and tommee tippee bottles and were terrified every time she needed to eat, we got some of these Phillips Avent ones and problem solved! If you feel these are too much money, at least get the plastic version of them which are a bit cheaper, they really are such good bottles. An added bonus is the bottles screw onto my lansinoh pump so I can pump directly into them saving on some washing up!

Highly recommend. No leeks at all, and baby handled colics perfectly with these. Been using them since birth. Easy to use and great value for the money. The glass is easy to clean and while bottles are from a nice tick glass, they are not too heavy to hold or transport around. Flow wise, one should adjust the teat based on their baby needs, if the baby is a lazy eater, like ours, one might need to skip a size or two otherwise feeding might be a bit slow. Compared to plastic, these bottles can easily be reused for future kids with just a change of the teats (or just a very good sterilisation for the next baby)

Original product, great quality materials, my fave across the baby bottle brands Ive tried (MAM, Tomme Tippee, Dr Isla), my baby wasnt sure at first sip as the teat is so different from the rest and is what I would call a true slow flow teat, but is now used to it and drinks well without me feeling the need to stop feeding as he doesnt gulp really fast and cough like he did with the other brands bottles

This brand never let's me down. I brought a couple of these to top up the the starter set I brought as there's only 3 4oz bottles in the set. I really prefer the smaller bottles. This is baby number 5 and from my experience my babies have never drank more than 4oz for months. This may be because of breastfeeding as well. But then again my biggest baby was only 5lb 8, smallest being 4lb 5 so maybe that's why. Anyway, these bottles are quality. Top quality. They feel great to hold. I love love love the already built in anti colic vents in the nipple. I have previously used Dr.Browns and I genuinely love those bottles...however...too many parts. Washing bottles was a dreaded task. I refuse to do it this time round. And also im trying to eliminate as much plastic as we can in our lives. In addition to this, to be helpful, I would suggest the 'Panada ears' brand silicone covers to protect these bottles. They fit snug like a bug and I can report indeed protect the bottles. Our two year got excited as we tried them out and dropped one! Lucky the sleeve was on...and we got front row seats to the experiment. It barely made a noise as it hit the ground. She was sat at the table so it was a reasonable height for testing. The price is obviously way more than plastic bottles, but I find that by the time my babies have got to 6 months old I was replacing all bottles anyway so cost wise...is it different? These glass bottles will last the whole duration of milk drinking for a baby. Definitely recommend.

Love the bottles, easy clean up although the teet in not recommend by the paediatricians so instead I used the lansinoh teet which fits okay. I love the way it traps all the bubbles and size and weight is perfect.

I’ve been using the Philips Avent Glass Baby Bottle Natural Response (120 ml) for my newborn, and overall it’s a great choice. The glass feels sturdy, high-quality, and much safer compared to plastic bottles, especially for long-term use. It’s easy to sterilize and doesn’t retain any smell, which is a big plus. The natural response nipple design really does mimic breastfeeding, so my baby took to it without much fuss. The anti-colic feature also seems to work well — I’ve noticed fewer burps and discomfort after feeding. The only small downside is that the glass bottle is a bit heavier than plastic ones, so it can be slightly tricky during late-night feeds or when holding for a long time. Also, the 120 ml size is perfect for a newborn, but you may quickly need a larger size as your baby grows. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and performance. It’s a reliable, safe, and well-designed baby bottle that I’d recommend to new parents.

These bottles are amazing and I love that the starter pack comes in different sizes. I prefer glass bottles because they’re eco friendly and better for the baby. I would definitely recommend because the teats are firm but also soft. Great value for money especially because one glass bottle can cost over £10.

Probé el Philips Avent Natural Response con mi bebé de tres meses para combinar la lactancia materna con la alimentación con biberón, y la adaptación fue muy sencilla. La forma de la tetina es muy parecida al pecho, lo que ayudó a que aceptara el biberón sin problemas. El flujo de la tetina 3 me pareció adecuado para su edad: permite que el bebé succione a su propio ritmo, sin que la leche gotee cuando no está succionando. Esto evita derrames y reduce las molestias por gases. El material de la tetina es suave, resistente y fácil de limpiar. Después de varias esterilizaciones, no se ha deformado ni ha cambiado de color. También aprecio que la válvula anticolic funcione bien, ya que he notado menos aire en el biberón. Lo que más me gusta es la sensación “natural” al alimentar al bebé; no hay diferencias notables respecto a la lactancia. Si tuviera que mencionar algo a mejorar, quizás el biberón podría tener una escala de medida más visible cuando se llena con líquidos calientes. En resumen, me ha parecido un producto de excelente calidad, cómodo para el bebé y muy práctico para padres que combinan pecho y biberón. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
