Cute, perfect book ends and heavy cast to keep books neat. Do recommend.

I'm glad I took a chance on these. They're perfect for propping up cookbooks atop my kitchen cabinets.

These are sturdy, very well made, functional, and a great addition to my “bunny love” collection.

I'm actually impressed with these rabbit bookends. I'm not usually a fan of deliberately aged/distressed items but these are very nicely done. Each one is "worn" in the same general areas with some slight variations (see photos). I would caution that the outer coating seems to begin to chip and wear away easily the more they're handled -- in the long run it will just give them a more distinct/individual look so I'm fine with it.When I first saw these I thought they had a great *look* that would be great for a child's bookcase or on a shelf full of "classic" titles: The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, War of the Worlds, Around the World in 80 days, etc. After handling them a little bit I'm not too sure about using them for kids. They are cast-iron and on the heavy side -- an accidental drop could easily break a toe. Neither a pro nor a con just an FYI.I like to put a common item next to things for perspective on size (I'm terrible when it comes to visualizing measurements) so I used a standard 12oz. soda can (see photos). These bunnies should be suitable for most anything from the old-fashioned "pocket size" paperbacks to any standard-ish hard-backs. They're not super tall but they're good and heavy.I saw another reviewer mention a rubber backing on the bottom. I'm not sure what it is on the bottom of mine; definitely not rubber. More like heavy construction paper or cardboard fiber. It will keep it from scratching but I don't expect that part to be too durable.BOTTOM LINE: A fun set of bookends that should last quite awhile. Reasonable price for the quality.

I got these for a christmas gift for my sister and I am a little disappointed. They have an odd smell to them. The color of the bunnies is an odd grayish/blue while in the pictures they look more white. They have a nice weight to them but the bottom is peeling and the paint around the bunnies feet looks sloppy. These could have been really cute but I would have not bought them if I saw them in person first.

Bought them as Easter/Spring decor. They are heavy enough to do the book holding job and I love the style and color.

Love these bookends!! Nice and weighty and super cute! True to color and love the distressing. Worth the price and got several friends to order them too!!!
