The is the comic book price guide for your age. They list everything
It is good for what it does; but the nature of the business requires unless you are an expert you need to check the sold part of eBay. I bought mine to help a friend with a charitable donation and you must have the book to be accurate. The age of the person who bought this is 65+

Good book
I used to use the U.K. version many years ago, but as these are no longer produced I’ve been using the U.S. Overstreet price guides. The values are in U.S. dollars, but this is still an invaluable book for comic book collectors. Grading definitions and interesting articles are also included. Highly recommended.

The original and best ...
I do enjoy getting the new Over-Priced Street Guide ... mostly for the commentaries from US comics dealers summarising the state of the market.I had a bit of spare cash ... and with banks not passing on rate rises to their savings account customers, I thought I'd invest some of that in high grade comics. Thank goodness Overstreet's hefty tome arrived when it did. Seems that modern "keys" (how I hate that term), have taken a nose-dive after the buying frenzy of the COVID years. The speculators have cashed out and left newer "hot" comics in a price freefall. As always, the classics (Silver Age Marvels, along with Hulk 181, GS X-Men 1, Marvel Spotlight 5) remain bulletproof. But if you paid big money for books like Black Panther v4, 2, or Ultimate Fallout 4 in 2021/22, then you'll struggle to get your money back if you resell now. It's going to take a while for the value of modern "keys" to recover. So my takeaway is to avoid the recent books that shot up in value overnight, as they seem to be tumbling almost as fast, and just concentrate on whatever's affordable, or buy in at today's lower prices, as long as you actually want the comic for your collection.
