I used sugar free digestives and coconut oil as a base. The first time I tried this it was soft, so I only added 1 and a half cups of milk the 2nd time, which was perfect. Really light, creamy and tasty, it’s lovely to have a sugar free sweet option.

I am currently following a well known healthy eating plan and was recommended sugar free jello as a low fat dessert. I whisked the powder with a large pot of fat free fromage frais, vanilla and a bit of sweetener. The whole lot was split for 4 ways and topped with fruit. It is really nice. Really creamy , similar to angel delight. Delivery arrived quickly and packaged well.

The product was delivered in a leaked format, the jello powder was everywhere. Was not expecting to be disappointed like this! Proof attached: and it says it is not even return eligible, shame our money went down the drain like this
