4Sets Magnetic Reed Switch, Magnetic Door Switch/Magnetic Contact Switch/Normally Open Closed NC NO Door Alarm Window Security, for DC 5V 12V 24V Light

Used for cabinet interior LED lighting on lazy Susan corner cabinets. Provided the switch is oriented correctly, these seemingly switch from an inch away. Very happy. One cabinet was a challenge to install screws because of orientation and location. I used a hot glue gun to install the switch. Works perfectly and is secure.

works great. glued to mailbox door and wired back to a special momentary alarm in home.

Seems to have a weird spot in the "center" (see video), but it can still fulfill its purpose in my project. It definitely does work.

Installed 3/4 for in-cabinet lighting so far. Work great. Like that these ones can be wired for NC or NO installs.

I have found that 2 of the switch units to be faulty. When magnet turned off the 6' led light strip, some of the leds did not completely go off. They were dimly lit. I wouldn't have noticed except for one night I noticed light coming through the door.Also the magnets are so weak if you don't have them lined up just right they won't turn off the light, very very touchy. I had to use stronger magnets to give me piece of mind.I don't recommend at all. Going back to using micro switches instead. Not as clean of an install as the magnets, but safer.
