In the spirit of authenticity, I can't tell you this supplement makes me feel a certain way. Even the foundational aspects of health, like sleep, exercise, and diet, take some time to build up, before you can really discern results. Supplements, supplemental in their very name, typically have much milder effects than said foundational things. And Omega-3's like DHA are a general health supplement to boot. Something that over a long enough period, makes things run a little bit better in your body. And, combined with other good health decisions, compounds to a significant difference. As opposed to a snake oil pill promising to make you a taller and patch things up with your ex.That stated, this seems like a DHA supplement made with good care. Reasonable dosing, not mixing multiple supplements in one, little touches like the company paying extra to emboss their brand on the lid instead of packaging it as cheaply as they can, all instill confidence.I've been taking it together with my fish oil. Since most fish oil supplements are richer in EPA (more beneficial to your cardiovascular health) than DHA (more easily absorbed by your brain). These capsules are much smaller and easier to take than my fish oil. Completely flavorless and odorless, also.Very satisfied.

I've had a great variety of Omega 3 Supplements over the years and have found with the softgels that were likely the healthiest I often had a negative side effect regarding a "fishy aftertaste" and odor.These do not have the negative affects of similar supplements and provide me with a vegan version of what I am looking for to help maintain my health. Review of Nature's Truth Vegan Omega 3 Supplement. It comes in a plastic bottle about 4.5" tall. The 60 softgels take up about 50% of the interior. It doesn't have any fish ingredients and it's a plant based vegan formula made from algae oil. No associated fishy smell either. The softgels are normal on the small-ish size and easy to take. The bottle has a June 2025 expiration date so about 20 months of shelf life upon delivery. It seems to be a good choice for a vegan omega 3 supplement option.

Before switching from fish oil to this algae oil I would find myself “forgetting” to take my supplement because I couldn’t stand the smell & taste of fish oil capsules. I gladly take this supplement every day, though. Even if the results of both are the same, I’m better off because I’m taking it consistently. My husband & I both take it for cardiovascular & mental benefits. It’s easy to swallow, has virtually no taste or smell, and we’ve had no side effects after taking it for almost 2 months.

Those with more DHA than EPA in their blood had an increased risk of heart problems compared with those with higher levels of EPA. This supplement does not contain EPA at all.

Didn't notice any change in joint pain or flexibility after taking every day for 2 months.

Instead of a big pill which has a nasty fishy smell, this one is nice that I detected no smell and in a small soft gel form. This allows me to cut the size to 200mg, one pill a day if I want to. No complaints with this product, and it's reasonably priced.

I am just assuming that this did something to my body. But honestly I didn't notice any effect when I finished the whole bottle. It is very easy to take, it is soft gel. I probably won't buy this again as I didn't get any benefit
