can i use this for the ruko f11 series drones?

yes it’s ok universal airdrop suitable for installation, welcome to try!

Why couldn't the strap/velcro be extended to use on a DJI Inspire 1v2.0? It seems like that would be simple to do.

That's right, the installation can be used, but, because the DJI inspire drone is relatively large, it is not easy to tie up, and the buyer has to find a way to extend the cable tie by himself, and it can be done by doing it himself Good luck! remark : At present, there is a drone mechanical claw on the market, which can airdrop and grab things suitable for large drones, you can search for it Product name: drone intelligent mechanical claw, I hope it can help you

What's the two metal holes next to the hook?

The two holes next to the hook, the bigger one, are for charging the Type-C port, and the hole on the other side is for the indicator light, when you plug in the charging cable to charge the air drop, the red indicator inside the hole will light up to allow light to pass through. When you press the black button on the opposite side of the hole, the blue light will be emitted from the small hole! Thank you for your information! ! Welcome to use and experience our universal drone air drop,

What is the maximum weight can this dropper carry?

We can unhook about one kilogram of weight from this kind of aerial drop device. (we don't sell drones, we only sell aerial drop devices. The weight of a drone depends on how hard you pull it up.)
