My Plants Are Now Smug and Thriving
I bought this because a garden recipe told me to. It was either this or whisper affirmations to my tomato plants at dawn. Spoiler: Walt’s Organic Soybean Meal worked better. I don’t know what kind of magic beans Walt is grinding, but my garden now looks like a Whole Foods parking lot—full of kale, suspiciously confident herbs, and zucchini that could file taxes. At first, I was skeptical. It smelled… organic, in that “barnyard smoothie” kind of way. But I mixed it into the soil like a responsible adult following internet advice, and boom: My plants started standing up straighter. One of my sunflowers tried to unionize. Pros: Easy to use and makes you feel like a backyard botanist. No chemical weirdness—just pure, earthy goodness. Plants love it. Like, too much. I think they’re forming a cult. Even the weeds look better (not a pro, just an observation). Cons: Smells a little like tofu’s rebellious cousin. If you leave it in the garage, your pets will try to investigate it like it’s a crime scene snack. Bottom line: Walt knows what’s up. If you want plants that flourish like they’re auditioning for a gardening magazine, get this. Just don’t be surprised if your compost pile starts looking at you with newfound respect.
