Perfect!
The media could not be loaded. I'd been looking for a new fountain for my pets for a long while, and I'm so glad I settled on this one! The pump is pretty much silent, so you only hear a gentle trickle of water which is so soothing! The double tap function is great, my cat prefers drinking out a tap so he loves that this one's always on! My puppy learned how to drink from the taps in no time too! Huge capacity, good quality steel so it stays cleaner for longer and no risk of micro plastics going into your pets! Definitely 100% recommend!

Great product
So this is a great little product, everything works and it's easy to follow the instructions to set up. It's quiet, filters the water and is quite relaxing to watch. Maybe my cats were too old to introduce this new water bowl to, as they eye it suspiciously and try to avoid it. Oh well, I am sure I will find someone who can use it

No replacement filters?
Did not receive any replacement filters as advertised

Cats love it !
The media could not be loaded. The fountain is very quiet and the cats love drinking from it - I think they especially like drinking from it as it's like a tap - it was very easy to put together and it is easy to clean but you will need to buy something to clean within the tap part of it like a small brush used to clean straws - the filters seem to be easily brought on Amazon but havnt brought anymore yet

Stopped working after 1 month
Bought this product, seemed really nice at first, but unfortunately it stopped working completely just over 1 month of use. Disappointing.
