La Laptop que recibi venia con muchos problemas y defectos:1. La carcaza traia y rayones golpes2. la Tapadera venia con un sticker para cubrir muchas imperfecciones3. Al encender la laptop generaba un sonido muy fuerte , pareccia que se iba a desarmar la laptop4. Varias teclas no funcionaban.Presenté el reclamo a Amazon e inmediatamente me hicerion la devolucion del dinero. LA compañia que proveyó la laptop me contacto y me pidio que antes de escribir esta reseña hablara con ellos, pero no lo hice.Realmente me molesta mucho que empresas vendan productos en mal estado, que le mientan a los clientes. Si bien es cierto recupere mi dinero, pero perdi tiempo en andar buscando otra laptop.The Laptop I received came with many problems and defects:1. The case had scratches and bumps2. The Lid came with a sticker to cover many imperfections3. When turning on the laptop it generated a very loud sound, it seemed like the laptop was going to be disassembled4. Several keys did not work.I filed the claim with Amazon and they immediately refunded my money. THE company that provided the laptop contacted me and asked me to talk to them before writing this review, but I didn't.It really bothers me that companies sell products in poor condition, that lie to customers. While it is true I got my money back, but I wasted time looking for another laptop.

I have purchased many items from the Renew Store. This is one of the best. Looks brand new. It has a crazy amount of RAM and 512 gb SSD. It boots up quickly and charges fast as well. I switched my order from TekRefurbs to this laptop from a Lenovo without any hassle.

The laptop worked as expected, but the charger was faulty. The supplier sent a replacement charger.

Very satisfied, great domestic customer service, team was very attentive to get order sent and laptop works great!

Do not hesitate to order this laptop. It looked brand new out of the box. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't found any issues. Super easy to set up and upgraded to windows 11 flawlessly.

This renewed laptop was not a quality product. The first few month found the repair person had over torqued case screw, one screwhead was stripped, and after just 1 year the battery is already failing. I have boguth renewed products including laptops and having worked avionics design for years ..... this refurb shop isn't quality driven

The laptop arrived with visible signs of use and a poorly installed screw, even though it was described as being in “excellent” condition. It shut down about 20 minutes after I started using it, right after receiving the delivery. I entered the BIOS and it showed the following message: “Critical Temperature Shutdown“.
