Adjustable Compress Wrap and Luxury Flexible Hot Cold Gel Pack - 1 Set

Injured my shoulder a while back and have been using these ice packs ever since. Keep some at home and got a few in work (work in heavy industry). Injured my shoulder playing golf and had some niggles elsewhere on body. Regularly use these to bring comfort and aides in therapy, light yoga etc. Guys i work with have been using them for their own backs/knees and since then bought some of their own (after i told them to stop using mine, ha). Strap will wear like others have stated over time, I have bought the sleeves from similar products to fit these and sometimes will use a canvas belt to just hold it in place. (not tight). Would recommend if suffering from injuries but speak with physio or your doctor first.

The gel pack and wrap works well, wraps comfortably around my knee brilliantly. The gel pack is a great size, it doesn’t freeze solid so it can be moulded around the injured area which is epic! My only qualm would be it doesn’t stay cold for long which is a shame and it didn’t seem to heat up well in the microwave. But it’s worth the money!

Must have if you do any physical activity - inevitable you'll get a niggle here and there and ice pack is exactly what you need. Pouch is necessary in order to avoid cold burn - it's good quality. I would not recommend to heat it in microwave however - even being very careful and following instructions it's easy to damage it.

The product arrived as stated and I have been using it since. The "ice bag" still remains mouldable even when left in the Freezer for a long time so can be moulded to the shape of the knee, foot or what ever has to be treated. The sleeve with its elastic belt is long enough to be used on any part of the body and remains securely in place. I am very well satisfied with the product and would recommend it to others.

Works ok but the Velcro pad on the strap has been sewn onto the wrong side. This means you have to either twist the whole strap to fasten it or use the incorrect side of the ice pocket, which is much thinner material and quite uncomfortable. Probably would have opted for another item if I’d known the strap was badly made.

This is a great product, my partner suffers from severe headaches and is never far from one of these. The coolpack holder is comfortable to wear, easy to fit and takes the chill off this ice pack when it's fresh out the freezer. I have bought a few of these now for relatives and ourselves, I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of wrapping their coolpack in a tea towel and holding it in place.

Does the job, is well made and is good value at this price.

I suffer with a lot of pain and have had ice packs for many years. I saw this one with it's adjustable strap and thought I would give it a go - I haven't looked back! I keep the pack in the freezer and use it every day, twice a day but what makes it great is that you can either carry on with what you are doing wearing it or sit and rest with it on? I know you are not supposed to leave ice on for more than about 12 minutes, by which time the area has gone nice and numb, therefore providing pain relief and helping with the inflammation - bliss!
