I heard this thing put out some sound but they didn't say that it was almost eardrum piercing! This could certainly be used as a speaker system! Well built! The bluetooth is a nice feature to avoid frying your electronics and the thermal protection is also a nice touch! I just wish that it would last a little longer before thermally cutting-out. I think an addition of a fan might have increased the "uptime." Neat little unit for the money though! A good proof of concept as far as alternative audio drivers! The PLLSSTC Tesla coils can do full-wave audio but a bit more pricey. I recommend this if you're dipping your toe into the musical Tesla Coil phenomena for the first time! A word of caution - keep a few feet away from sensitive electronics or shroud with a faraday cage!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Its really cool but sketchy. The power cable is chinese and doesn't even have the holes in the prongs which is sketchy. But otherwise it works great. Would not recommend for children at all though, it can be dangerous if not handled properly (instructions say not to leave anything on the surface and don't go near it with electronics).

I've always wanted to own a Tesla coil, but the larger models are quite expensive. When I came across this little model, I was instantly interested and purchased one. Being 3"x3"x1 1/4" in size and made from strong acrylic , it's perfect for transporting to locations, especially haunted sites to charge up the atmosphere. Like any model of this type, it is very noisy, so you won't want to run it very long. One of the best things about this one is, unlike larger Tesla coils, you can actually let the electrical tendrils of the discharge touch your fingers or hand without resulting in a short or pain. You barely feel it. That's really cool. The knobs allow the frequency of the mini lightning to speed up or down. The only minor issue is that this does not work as indicated in the product description for playing music through the electricity. There is a QR code in the enclosed booklet that allows you access to a semi-large library of tunes for using with the device, but my Samsung phone would not register any Wi-Fi signal from the coil, which is a real shame since I did want to hear them play. Nonetheless, the Tesla coil by itself is superbly crafted and works as described. Highly recommended.

Had to get a replacement because it quit working. Replacement did even last five minutes. Total trash. Would be better to set your money on fire, would give a better show.

Works as plasma power supply but even with upgrades it dont last long before overheat mode triggers. Nice for demonstration purposes but dont recommend for any serious Tesla or Rife applications as even with fan and heatsink upgrades it overheats in under 5 minutes and we need 3 minute long sessions for rebalancing our body energy. #hypersanity

It's a cool little toy but the snaps are very loud and the music equally as loud. In the end I decided not to give it as a gift and returned it after considering keeping it for myself. I am still giving it 5 stars because it did work as it should and looked like very good quality.

Works as advertised. Bluetooth pairing is a fun bonus and easy. The instructions are obviously translated into English by a non-native speaker but not too bad. I had been confused from the product text and reviews if it could be touched, we found it was painful to touch the regular coil function but ok to touch the bluetooth/mobile function. Your mileage may vary, can only speak to our experience

This is one of those things I saw being used on-line and HAD to have it! It does exactly what it is supposed to, but unless you have a boring job where you can play at your desk for hours... it looses its thrillingness after a few days... I mean; if different people are always coming into your house or office, this thing is cool as heck to show people! But, it's just one of those things....
