I ordered the chair after comparing and reading reviews. I settled on this product by the look and style, I love the inline roller wheel type design and mesh fabric, these together were great. The product took about 5 days to receive. On opening the box, I laid out all pieces and went to the instructions manual which clearly stated all the parts necessary/included to begin assembly. I have assembled numerous chairs before so I did not expect this one to be any more difficult or different. However the manual clearly stated to start with, and showed an image, of all the parts that were supposed to be inside a nut and allen wrench package. The screws & wrench package was NOT included in the box, which I determined quickly after searching several times among all the parts & packaging. After some frustration & reaching out by email & Amazon seller contact channels, the seller... Oline reached out to me within 1 hour with a personal apology and request to send a couple photos. I followed the requested instructions, and was informed in a follow up message the package would be expedite shipped to me. It took about two, maybe three days so yes frustrating with a bunch of chair parts moved to one corner of my room piled up while waiting. Constant reminder lol. But once I did get the parts, it took maybe less than 1 hour to fully assemble the chair, fairly simple process although some of the bolts didn't seem to match the descriptions in the manual but, whatever it came together. The chair is very nice, very comfortable and I love the way these wheels roll on ceramic tile. My only complaint, and this is a design issue. Every bolt was very easy to tighten given the supplied Allen Wrench. Except the two bolts holding the headrest. It's a very awkward angle and the bolts are not visible once in place, also as tight as I can go with the Allen Wrench, it's still not secure and fully tight. I can already see the headrest is NOT tight and will loosen with time, short time! I am going to have to remove 1 bolt, take it to the Depot and get a LockNut washer and pray this solves the likelyhood of the screws loosening over time. I think the issue with the headrest, the bolts have this feeling that they are only being screwed into plastic, and there is NO metallic buttressing of the holes. Just a design issue. I would like to buy a proper sized NUT to fit and secure these two screws. But as stated earlier, these screws, are very difficult to access properly with the supplied Allen wrench. Forget getting one's fingers in the headrest to place a nut on the end of the bold. It's NOT accessible as far as I can tell. Good chair, comfortable, stylish, NOT perfect design, incomplete packaging, but great customer service with the company Oline. I give the company 5 stars! I would recommend it as the likelihood of someone having exact same experience is low to none. My lucky roll :)

This chair is fantastic! First, it was super easy to put together. The directions are clear and everything is packaged together and/or labeled and you don't need anything else to assemble. The only part I had a little trouble with was getting the armrests on at the end - trying to see under where the dang holes were lol. I would say it took me 45 mins tops from opening the box to having cleaned up all the wrapping stuff and able to sit in the chair at my desk. A few parts didn't work in certain spots so just try them in a different similar spot and then they worked fine. I saw someone else comment about the wheels - sometimes they just popped right in, sometimes not, tried a different hole and it was fine. They are technically the same but if you're struggling, just try it in a different 'same' spot and chances are it will work. It is somewhat heavy but I was able to do it all myself. I did prop it up on an ottoman when assembling parts of the seat before it was on the base of the chair. This chair is so comfortable - I literally can't believe how comfortable it is. I was skeptical about the mesh-only seat - SUPER comfortable! The lumbar support makes it easy to sit up straight. The chair is super solid. The blade wheels are so smooth. I haven't even had it for a week so I will update later if there are any changes. I have the navy blue which you can see in the pictures is very dark (which I like). I haven't spent much time leaning in it either so if there's a change to my rating based on that, I will post that as well. Some have complained about the seat bed being "short" - I thought so at first too. To sit comfortably you need to sit all the way back in the seat and it's perfect. I asked a question that never really got answered. As you can see it fits fine underneath my desk. I am 5'8" though and have it on the lowest possible setting to sit comfortably. So I'm wondering for those who are different heights can really adjust this to where they would want it to be to have their legs sitting perpendicular and your feet able to touch the floor. I work from home and so sit many hours in front of the computer at my desk. This chair finally has made a difference (and I have been through MANY desk chairs over the years). I read countless reviews before picking this chair on amazon and on the internet in general. So glad I chose this ergonomic chair. My back and shoulders DO NOT ACHE after hours (with short breaks throughout) of sitting in it. It was 100% worth the splurge. I live in Las Vegas and so I was only interested in a mesh chair - found out the hard way how much heat other types of chairs generate here particularly in the long hot summer. Personally I don't think you will regret the purchase if you get this chair!

Great chair. I was looking for a home office chair comparable to the much more expensive Eurotech Ergohuman chair I use at work because I like is so much, but wanted something more affordable. This chair does the job for a third of the price. Its easy to assemble, has lightweight breathable seating material, and has great lumbar support. Totally pleased with this purchase.

Very nice chair - everything it was advertised to be. Assembly was pretty much straight forward. Attaching the headrest to the chair was a challenge. It was difficult for my big hands to move around and screw the screws in what is a very tight space. I did have an issue with one of the legs as the screw-hole in the leg was poorly lined up with the screw-hole in the base. Although the lumbar support is sufficient, I would like to be able to adjust it, but that doesn't appear to be possible. Finally, one other feature I would liked: I wish there was a way to lock down the arm rests so they would not move around. All of those little things aside, I really do like this chair. I don't believe I could find another chair comparable to my new Oline ErgoPro for the price I paid. The chair is beautifully finished (I purchased the blue color) with polished chrome. Although I bought my Oline ErgoPro Office Chair to use in the office, I have decided to put it in my living room

What I love: > Easy to assemble, and no tools required. It's all provided and clearly labeled as part of the package. It only requires the provided Allen Wrench and all the screws are clearly labeled. Including unboxing and checking inventory, the entire assembly took approximately 1 hour, taking my time. > Visually, the colors are vibrant (I purchased the Navy Blue) and make for a beautiful chair. > Roller-Blade wheels. These are noticeably superior to standard plastic caster wheels on most chairs. They roll very quiet on hardwood floors, and very easily. In fact, maybe a bit too easily. I found I needed to add a floor mat under the chair to keep it from rolling with every movement. > Armrest adjustments are very flexible. Height (6 Stops), Angle (In/Straight/Out), Depth (Slide FWD/Back 4 stops) and Width (Slide Left/Center/Right). > There is no 'PU Leather' (or worse.. fake PU Leather coating) on this chair. Which I love, because on prior gaming chairs I've had, PU always flakes off and ruins the aesthetic. This chair is well formed, feels 'solid' - even plastic parts. What I don't love (but YMMV): > The minimum seat height is 18.5" per the documentation. I'm on the short side. It never occurred to me to measure and check seat min-height, as all prior chairs I've had would sink so low, that it was too low for me. So take that into consideration. The lowest height for this seat is just slightly more than optimal comfort for me. > The mesh is not as tightly pulled as I would like. While this can be comfortable for some, it's not optimal for me, as I sink slightly lower into the seat, which causes some pressure behind my knees and eventual discomfort. This is also due to my height vs lowest seat height. > Lumbar support is "dynamic". Personally, I would prefer a manual adjustment. Yet again, this is where the chair ergonomics vs my height aren't optimal. I also think a tighter mesh pull would help lumbar support. So am I satisfied with it?: > Overall, yes. At least 90%. There's nothing *wrong* with the design nor construction. It's a solid chair, beautiful colors, and great value. But if you're on the shorter side, like me? It might not be optimal for your comfort.
