Very wonderful product. And this product was low budget.. i recommend to use it all

Within 8 days of usage it started making squeaky noise when we move right left.!!. I weigh 80KG & this is the build quality of this chair! The Misuraa Team is like other sales team only, they don’t care once you bought it, I have whatsappp them 3 times but got completely ignored (not even cared to respond) If your height is around 6 ft then also this not a good fit as the hydraulic min height is very low. So, I don’t recommend this chair due to build quality, bad customer support and hydraulic min height. Refer the attached video for proof.

The seat is spacious, and the adjustable headrest helps my neck. Looks great in my office too.

This a great chair, if you can afford it. Rs. 40000 for a chair is no small sum. The mesh is of a high quality I believe, but only time will tell for sure. The warranty on something costing so much should at least be above 4 years or so, in my opinion. The light grey color and white frame make it look beautiful in any setting. The arm rests are 3d adjustable, but I wish the lowest position went lower. Don't really need it to be lower in general, but it certainly would make stowing away the chair under a desk easier. The dynamic lumbar support is pretty good as far as I can tell in 2 months of usage. The headrest is useful too. However, its forward and backwards adjustment doesn't hold its position. Should have had a better mechanism for that, as it cant hold your heads weight if adjusted for a more forwards position. The footrest is a fantastic add on for sure. But you should only be considering this chair if you really really need the footrest to lounge around. Like for instance if you're watching a movie. Otherwise, you should just save your money and buy a chair without a footrest. I would give this chair 5 stars if the headrest was better, and the lumbar support had height adjustment. but overall works fine for me. For reference, my weight is 70 kgs and I'm 5 ft 7inches. This a great chair for the right person. Hope my review helps.

Very congested, not sufficient for tall person like more than 5'8". Totally disappointed with the product, Unable to return the item. And after i purchased the chair within a 15 days, 5000 price has been reduced even after several times to reach amazon about this they are telling, refund not possible as per their policy it will be applicable in amazon great indian sales only. Headrest is unable to fix in position after extended again immediately its going back. 12,000 rs Featherlite chair is 100 times better than this 40k chair.
