The media could not be loaded. The customer service for this pump is great!I emailed them three times with different questions concerning the pump and the instructions. Each time the company answered me within 24 hours. I have a small pot pond and wanted to hear the water trickle. The pump is so powerful the water flowing sounded like Niagara Falls (not quite, but louder than I wanted). I tried the clear tubing between some rocks. Seemed like a good idea. Until I checked it couple hours later. The tubing was pushed up and emptied half the water out😫. The customer service rep. actually sent a picture showing the proper nozzle to use to create the effect I wanted. The top part of this nozzle lifts to create different effects. To make water flow down, don’t push it down all the way.

I bought two of these solar pumps, one didn't work right out of the box and I returned it. The other one worked great for about two weeks and then stopped working all together. Tried cleaning and troubleshooting it, but still doesn't work. A waste of money.

I have tried soooo many solar powered pond pumps and while this one is the best with the most power I'm still disappointed; the solar panel does NOT hold power AT ALL so don't run this if you have fish in your pond...they will starve for oxygen as soon as the sun goes down or a dark cloud passes overhead.When the sun is shining and there are no shadows it's a nice device with good power but I'm going to have to find something else to actually run my waterfall around the clock.

Was excited to be able to place our fountain anywhere due to solar operation. Thought there was a problem when it wasn’t working one day until my husband pointed out the cloudiness and solar:)Highly recommend! Works very well!!

This pump in full sunlight could at best pump 150 gph, it isn't capable of reaching the advertised 410 gph. It would suffice for a small pond/bird bath.

Have had this running in a raised patio. Koi pond for about a month. Was actually surprised by not only the quality of the pump but the solar panel as well. Wish it came with a battery backup but other than that it's great

You stand in front of solar panel in full sun and pump shuts down, in full sun the pump barely drizzles. Not worth the $100 spent.
