In love with this bag...but some flaws
What I love: this bag is stylish and compact while managing to still carry just about everything I need. I use mostly hand tools and a 12v hammer drill/driver. I cant see it comfortably carrying much more than that. I love small tools that are lightweight and portable so this was the perfect transition at least for me...probably not a typical use-case for most reading this review so keep that in mind. If you carry multiple power tools than this is probably not your best option. Just as an example, I purchased a nylon bucket bag for quick handyman plumbing jobs which folds flat like a shopping bag and expands to hold 5 gallons of water (heaven forbid I ever come close to filling it on a job site). This bag is a MAJOR time saver and productivity booster especially if used with a toolbelt. It forces me to stay somewhat organized between clients. What I don't love: this bag has a small dip in the bottom of the bag where the bag meets your spine just above your tailbone...its designed I guess to make it more comfortable when worn...for me all it manages to do is pull my pants down while walking as it pushes on my belt...so I either have to either lower the bag below my tailbone (which sucks) or high above it like a turtle shell...not ideal but probably wont effect others as badly as it has for me (5'9"). The bag lacks a jabber/bit organizing pouch so you have to use the pockets which are hard to reach the bottom of if other tools are placed in the slot behind them which is a major negative to me.Overall: it was a good buy and I'm satisified. I'll deal with the cons as its worth the trade-off in terms of style and productivity benefits.

Bag truly is Rugged
This bag is made of great quality material, it is sturdy and durable while comfortable to wear. Plenty of pockets for your tools although once you start to fill the pockets not all are not that practical as it becomes harder to fit tools in them. Bottom of bag has a nice strong base. A lot of the pockets are stacked 3 deep but the third pocket becomes less useful when the first two pockets are filled. All in all though this bag has a large carrying capacity without being bulky or cumbersome. The material and quality of the bag is great, the materials are strong and durable, doesn't seem to wear or tear easily, which is awesome. I would recommend this bag for anyone thats looking for a backpack tool bag to carry the necessities, not recommended for someone looking to carry all of their tools though. I am quiet happy with this tool backpack!

(Update: 2 years of wear and tear for Car Dealership Vendor use.)
2020 Update: I own the version from 2018 so I can not verify if this is 100% applicable to the current model being sold. I have added pictures showing damage from regular use for anyone who works light and quick.————-I’m really harsh with my backpacks. This is my second tool backpack. The first was an AWP that had its zipper loose track after the track weave came apart. So far pleased with this pack as I often have to squeeze myself and my tools between new cars to install tracking devices. My only real complaint is the weave for the bottom. It’s already showing wear. Vs the AwPs plastic bottom. However it looks like it’s not going to fray horribly so I’ll just see how long the pack lasts.Update. Despite the harsh treatment Being dragged across pavement. Sling over my back full of small tools and a drill while holding enough product to install for the day I can safely say the wear on this backpack has not ruined its serviceability. The outer layer of weave covering the bottom wore out in parts quickly but the layer below seems to be holding up fine. Noted I sometimes drag my pack across pavement when I get logged between cars to install product. Also for those who work around shiny new instruments such as vehicles it’s good to know this has no metal bits hanging off that could cause a scratch.

Light, hard base and stands up straight.
I have three bags. This is my everyday bag to grab and go with the basics. it’s light at only 4-5 lbs. Paid 40 bucks and worth it. It’s similar to my Klein bag. I use my clc bag for hvac. Which falls on its face and never stands up. This bag stands straight up. It has a large inside pocket. Would fit a tablet or small thin laptop. Maybe under 10in. an organizer, paper work, etc.On amazon there’s two pictures of the bag. Wasn’t sure which bag I was getting. All black pocket or the one that has an orange stripe on the pocket. Looks like a Klein bag. Amazon update your photos. The clc bag I ordered along time ago was the same way.

Excellent design and well made
This backpack holds the necessary tools for our work in a compact case. The orange colored interior make identifying the location of tools easy and the multiple pockets and elastic straps keeps tools in place and handy to use. It takes a short period of time to get used to where everything is. The larger zippered pockets make it easy to add an item, carry a test meter or product being used on a jobsite. The hard base allows it to stand up which makes it easy to access when using it. It's great to have all required tools both hand and power with you. Highly recommend it.

just what I needed
I work as a construction volunteer in the areaof audio and video and used tools of varied sizes and neededto be able to organize them in a logical way and easy to locate inside my boxof tools and there is where the backpack comes into play, I had never used one and sincerely be impressed to receive it its construction looks firm and elegant at the time, and the price quality ratio is excellent, buy the 28 pockets there I put small drills and everything else I recommend without thinking twice, thank you for offering this product that gives us solutions to facilitate the work

Middle if the road. Get it done bag.
The pad on the bottom rubs against your back as it is very stiff and durable. The tools sit high in the pockets and easily fall to the bottom of the bag when taking on and off. The upper holes lead into sewn pockets that don't allow long tools to reach the bottom of the bag. The bag is comfortable if worn in short bursts. The material is durable and we'll sewn. The pocket holds a small to v med laptop with most poking out. The laptop stays in place well and does not fall out.
