This is a great chin strap. While sleeping I am a nose breather and I sleep with a CPAP machine. Lately, I've noticed that my mouth comes open while I'm sleeping and I am waking up to my mouth and throat being bone dry. This chin strap has worked great keeping my mouth closed. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with a bone-dry mouth. It is very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. I am so glad I bought it. If you're a nose breather while sleeping or a person who snores, and you're having issues with waking up with a dry mouth and throat due to your mouth coming open, I highly recommend this chin strap.

I expected something a little less confining as the other masks I have, and it was that. This looked like it would fit the bill, when I opened the package I was very disappointed. It is very cheaply made, looks like it was made by someone who has never used a sewing machine before. There was very little elastic to it, the chin material was poorly sewed and there was a long velcro strap that caught in my hair. Won't even consider this one again.

Only so-so. I got it to help with leaks wearing a cpap mask.Good - it is small and cool.Bad - slips around and refuses to stay in place on its own. I put a piece of velcro around my head first, then this, then the mask. Once it is all in place fine, but without the initial velcro around my head this won't stay in place. Also, it has exposed velcro when I pull it enough to be tight so had to cut the end off. And that brings me to ... not very strong elastic.Summary - if you only need a little help with keeping the mouth shut at night this might work, but it didn't for me. I bought the two pack so I could modify one and leave the other alone. As is, I am on the hunt for a different one.

Like that this is light weight. Don’t like that it’s too hard to keep in place on my head. I have tried to use hair clips to stabilize it but they don’t help much. I use it in combination with a Cpap machine.

It was great

This strap works for me as it keeps my mouth shut at night. But it is cheaply made and won't last more than a month or two. After a month of use the stitching is unraveling and soon the velcro will unravel, come apart and become useless. I can see why they offer two for just a few dollars more than one. When the package arrived, there was just a clear bag with the strap inside. No label, information, nothing. I thought that was odd. But, it did make me wonder if this product is made in some sweat shop in a poor country. I find it puzzling why some folks rate this product so highly. Occasionally the thin, single head strap will slip off my head during the night. The cheap materials and poor construction are very disappointing. I am going to need a new strap soon and I don't anticipate I'll buy another of these.

Looked good until I tried it on. The band feels like Velcro against your face and scalp and it stretches so getting a firm support is not possible. This should not be offered to customers, does not keep your jaw and mouth closed. A complete waste of money and now in the garbage as I doubt a health product can be returned. Run away and find something that works without discomfort.

This was for my wife, who suffers from a leaking CPAP mask during the night. She has tried various chin straps over the years. So far, she prefers this one. It does help with her making CPAP noises during the night.
