Cheap and effective - if you are certain of your research
At the time of purchase these are the cheapest 15mg zinc tablets that I have found, likely due to the simple low cost packaging - I just transferred them to the old plastic tablet bottle I had from my remaining batch. I use zinc supplement in conjunction with vitamin B5 to prevent acne and keep my skin looking healthy. After some research I found these 2 ingredients prevalent in most effective acne treatments but at a much reduced price when bought individually in bulk (so the reviewer who only gave 3 stars due to his own 'uncertainty' doesn't appear to understand what a review is).

Decent value and prompt delivery. Taking with view to helping immune system. No idea if it's making a difference as impossible to know for sure, but not expensive and zinc supplement may be of help based on research I've seen. 3 stars as I can't commit to higher with this inevitable uncertainty.

Go for it!
Great products from these guys always! Perhaps could be better packaged as a few pills cracked or crumbled, but doesn't bother me. Buy anything from this company, quality is always good.

habe seit 30 Jahren immer wieder Herpes an der Lippe bekommen. Jeden Monat mindestens einmal.Alles ausprobiert, was da helfen könnte(Zahnpasta,Wärmestift,Zinksalben, Ernährung etc.)Zinktabletten nehme ich schon länger, aber zu schwach in der mg. Zufuhr. Dann habe ich mal gelesen, das mindestens 15mg helfen würden.Und siehe da....seit ich diese Dosis 15mg 1x täglich nehme, bekomme ich kein Herpes mehr !. Perfekt.Preislich auch völlig i.o. Würde Unsummen in der Apotheke bezahlen

Macht, was es soll
Die Tabletten sind klein und lassen sich deshalb gut einnehmen. Habe ich schon mehrfach bestellt. Ich habe sie vom verschließbaren Beutel in ein Gefäß umgeschüttet, so gefällt mir die Entnahme besser. Kann nichts Nachteiliges sagen. Bekommen mir auch gut.

Habe diese Tabletten vor länger Zeit schon mal bestellt gehabt und war sehr zufrieden. Da ich die Blutwerte immer wieder mal kontrollieren lasse, kann ich sagen, dass die Tabletten von meinem Körper sehr gut aufgenommen werden. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir jetzt wieder neue bestellt. Nebenwirkungen habe ich bisher keine feststellen können.

Etwas irreführender Titel...
... es sind nicht 50 mg Zink, sondern 50 mg Zinkzitrat, was nur noch 15 mg Zink entspricht. Leider nicht entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Trotzdem vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her immer noch ordentlich.
