DNA Motoring Low Profile Hydraulic Trolley Service/Floor Jack Combo with 2 Ratchet Jack Stands, 2 Ton (4000 lbs) Capacity

This hydraulic low profile jack and stand combo is a steal for the price and the quality. I got it to put a 6" lift kit on my golf cart then realized how it became more useful to me as time moves on for other projects I had lined up. Once you get the stands in place you can start to work feeling very safe. It is built very well and it works great and doesn't take up a lot of space when not in use. I recommend this item for all your DIY weekend warriors for getting your projects done.

Was a mixed review. You definitely need to put it on a flat surface, my Son was doing it on the stone parking lot on our property. He had a hard time with it going up high enough. Definitely was wobbly at first. The pump pipe wasn't long enough. But it was cheap. I was always told you get what you pay for.

This is a very small jack. The jack stands are fantastic. The jack itself is not large enough or strong enough to jack my car up to necessary height. Not bad quality buy did not meet my needs.

Well built, made of a good, solid metal, they perform very well, very pleased with the floor stands. trust them as much as a more expensive brand, as long as they are used correctly. and a flat, solid surface. They work well.

Doesn't work at all, right out of box. It lifts upward without being under any load, but as soon as it reaches the bottom of my car it won't extend any further. When I continue pumping the handle, I hear the sound of air escaping, even though the valve is fully tightened. Customer service is "experiencing greater than normal call volume" even when I call right when they open (12pm Eastern Time), so you can't speak to anyone. You can leave your phone number, but they don't call back. I've called several times over the past few days. The recording says to seek support though Amazon, but the phone number listed on Amazon doesn't get answered. So I'm leaving this review instead. I'm outside of my 30-day window (it took me a while to get around to opening the box), so I've just lost my money on this product. Hope you have better luck. Also the crimping on the handle is not sufficiently tight to turn the release valve, so you need a separate pair of pliers to turn the valve. Just poor build quality all around. I've tried calling the company numerous times over months, but they never return the calls. Need to throw the jack in the garbage. Total waste of money. Never got to use it even once.
