Adjustable Deadlatch 2-3/8'' or 2-3/4'', Keyed Entry Door Lock 45° Turning Angle Replacement Latch and Strike with Dust Box,Smart Door Lock Deadlatch

It has a locksmith, so I need latches, all the time, this one here did a good job for what I needed it for

I purchased this for an old digital fingerprint lock, and it works better than the original which I cannot buy anymore. It fit perfectly, has a very smooth action and for the money I don’t think you can go wrong. None of the hardware stores, big box and small box locations, sell these individual parts anymore, they want you to buy a complete lock set and that’s not going to happen. I’m going to buy another as a spare because this is the second time in about 15 years I’ve had to replace this part for this lock that I love.

Two of my Gate House exterior door latch assemblies have the little "secondary latch tab" broken and the door doesn't pull/seal tight. This replacement appears not quite as well as made as the original but it was easy to install and fit and functions perfectly. Time will tell if it holds up. I was glad these work as I have Gate House door hardware and they are out of business and was pleased this worked with them in the 2 3/8" position. I am buying two more one to replace another that has the same issue and one as a spare.

Compatible with gate house entry knob set. Seems like good descent quality (considering) for replacement of way cheap Lowe’s entry knob latch that was purchased Appx 10 yrs ago, now discontinued. Sent super fast so we only needed to go without for one night and only using deadbolt. Item was on my doorstep next morning and installed before coffee pot was done brewing. Super easy to do

Fit my Yale lockset perfectly and works fine. An excellent choice for repair with the original key, versus replacement. Would purchase again.

Not as described. Piece of junk.

Quality seems to be good. Price is great. Fit an EZ-Set assembly. In my case, it was for a non-locking door. Just wish it came in brushed nickel instead of chrome, but I swapped a door handle off of a rarely used closet, putting it in the more visible location and used this chrome one where it wouldn't be seen.

This part worked great in replacing a broken dead latch. has been working well for a couple of months now!

This fit my Weiser exterior handset perfectly. Saw other reviews that said it doesn't fit, but it worked great for me. Fixed my problem where the old deadlatch wouldn't retract on the strike plate and had to turn the handle to close the door. This new one is very smooth and retracts like it should. So far so good, and the price is right.

Si vous avez une poignée de Marque Défiant Saturn (exclusif à Home Dépôt ) extérieur comme moi c est la bonne pièce, chez home dépôt pas de pièce .

Worked perfectly. Good price.

Not so "universal." Does not fit my Schlage entry door set, which has a thicker square shaft than this part can accommodate. Vendor should note this.
