Works great. Doesn’t smell. Easy to use. Tough stains do need a second application, so buy more than you think you’ll need. I used it on painted cedar siding; no brush needed. My neighbors said I should use this wash every 1-2 years if growth returns.

When I moved into my new home, I found that the deck and siding had quite a bit of mildew buildup, especially in the shaded areas. I wanted something that wouldn’t require endless scrubbing, so I picked up this cleaner. Using it was easy, I just connected the bottle to my garden hose, sprayed it on, let it sit, and rinsed it off. The difference was noticeable within minutes. The green patches on the deck faded away, and the siding looked much brighter. It worked well on my vinyl fence, too. But the spray isn’t as even as I expected. Depending on the water pressure, sometimes too much cleaner comes out at once, and other times it feels like not enough is being dispensed. I had to adjust my angle a few times to get better coverage. Still, considering how much time it saved compared to scrubbing by hand, it was definitely worth it. I’ll be using it again when the deck needs another refresh.

Love this stuff. Works like a charm. Easy and fast. Very little scrubbing of my deck except a few very dirty/moldy areas. I'm a repeat purchaser.

I used to use the full gallon on my vinyl fence and it was AMAZING! I bought this version that attaches to your hose and I don’t know if it wasn’t as strong because I did try to use it without attaching it to those to get the full strength and it didn’t remove anything from a painted wood deck. Or an outdoor carpet. It did absolutely nothing.

Easy to use, great price, product works well. Great for patios and sidewalks. I like these products, plant/grass/ flower safe, just wet plants and grass down around area using with plain water before applying this product. Read directions, and easy to use hook to garden hose. Reasonable priced, these products are great for home diy. Remove algae and green mold growth easily. Spray, let set minute or two, use old broom for extra scrubbing if needed, then rinse. Easy. Wear old clothes when using and do not get in your eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

I tried this product on light mold and mildew stains. It does help a bit, but the results are pretty average. Heavier or older stains still required scrubbing and multiple applications. It’s easy to use, but I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle solution. Might work for maintenance, not for tough jobs.

I Sprayed this on a white plastic fence, that was extremely moldy and discolored. let it set for a few minutes then lightly brushed and rinsed, it Removed everything. The fence looks like new. Amazing !!!!
