Well made, a deep red. Softens with use. Buckle seems quite strong as does the D ring. Have bought more expensive collars from pet stores which haven’t been as robust. Quality is what you’d expect from Hunter.Pay attention to the sizing on hunter’s website and ensure you measure according to the chart provided. A simple measurement of dog’s neck isn’t sufficient.

To say I am disappointed is under statement. I was expecting a new red collar. Instead I got a shabby second hand collar which had been cleaned with black polish a mark where the previous dog had used it a hole which was badly stretched the buckle itself slightly rusty. This collar is only fit for the bin. My dog's present collar is in better condition.
