Not the best flavor, but it is good for sleep time.

Taste good but no improvement in sleep quality
It taste good but I don’t see any difference in sleep quality. I bought one pack and I’ll probably finish it just for the taste but I would not purchase again. It doesn’t really do as it claims even though it said it promotes good sleep at night. The smell is very tea like and I enjoy it, but other than that, I have no comment on its function.

SOOTHING, RELAXING, AND GRESG TASTE
I’ve always had trouble going to sleep and my psychiatrist recommended some tea to calm my nerves and other senses. I’ve tried this TEAZEN tea and it absolutely does that. I don’t plan on taking this every night, but I will definitely drink this on the days that are long and stressful. I also like how this package provides individual packages. I will definitely buy again.

Put Me To Sleep
This is a great product.. tastes great.. and it slowly puts you to a sleep state.. doesn't make you feel drowsy in the morning.. will definitely be ordering more... the only thing.. which is not too important is that the instructions were in korean.. thankfully the information was on one of the photos of the product page
