The V&A exhibition this accompanied so far exceeded my expectations that I bought the book.It's a fascinating, profusely illustrated history of plywood, and also a social history of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, looked at from an unusual point of view.If you're at all interested in how society is changed and shaped by innovations, this is an excellent book to read.
