Started a keto diet a few months ago and after a couple weeks found myself with restless legs/minor muscle twitching, likely due to the sudden drop in electrolytes. Started taking these, initially 2x per day but now only 1x per day and haven't had it since.I've also never slept so good! I take these at night before bed and whilst they don't necessarily make me sleepy, when I am sleeping, I am out like a light for the whole night. Highly recommend for that aspect alone!If new to taking them, a couple points to note - it may take a week or so before you see a benefit from them as I believe they have to build up in your system, especially if you are deficient so definitely recommend persevering. They can also cause loose bowels if taken in suddenly high doses, so I would advise starting off with one per day then increase after a while if required. Or stick to the one per day if they work for you at that dose, which I have found 👍

I was sceptical about taking these, but desperately needed something to help me sleep better. They work! I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my sleep. I fall asleep more easily, and if I do wake during the night, I’m able to drift back off without the usual struggle. I used to wake early and find it difficult to get back to sleep, but that's no longer an issue.I now wake up feeling much more rested and alert (like I've slept properly), which has made a massive difference to my mornings and overall day. The capsules are quite chunky, but the soft shell makes them slide down easily (unlike big, hard tablets).These provide a good dose of elemental magnesium, with added Vitamin B6 to support absorption.Highly recommended!

Previously been taking citrate, thought I would try glycinate supposed to be better absorbed but not noticed any difference up to now maybe time will tell

There is no indication of the size of pills & my husband cannot swallow that size. Hence I am still on the first bottle & now have another delivery so have cancelled them.

Always appreciate when supplement brands don’t add binders, fillers or other junk. Nice clean Magnesium, great addition to my before bed supplement stack. This will be my go to brand for magnesium from now on.

Massive Capsules, but no way round that due to the amount of daily recommended dose needed.Two caps needed each day, so could be a problem for some.Other than that they are what they are.My wife and I do believe they help with sleep at night.
