Don't buy this one! It stopped working after several times of use. When plugging it in, it does a double beep which means it is getting power to it but then it will not turn on. The last couple times when it actually worked it started leaking where the top & bottom come together. I made sure the water was always filtered water and filled to below the fill lines. I also wiped the outside and inside rim off before using it to make sure no water was wicking out the line of separation. I would have to put a paper towel under it because it leaked so much. You will ruin your countertop or anything nearby with the amount of water that leaks out from it.

The media could not be loaded.  I just love the look of this aroma diffuser. It has such a unique look to it, I have never seen any diffusers like this one. It is like a filigree mosaic and it reminds me of a rose. I really like that instead of being different colors like most diffusers that it is only white and that it has 3 different brightness levels. It is an LED white light and the diffuser will work whether the light is on or off. This is a 400 ml diffuser and the water lines are clearly marked on the inside so you don't need to worry about over filling. This diffuser can be set for 1 hour, 3 hours or 6 hours or it can be just steady on until it runs out of water and then it has an auto shut off so you don't need to worry about burning up the motor. The mist has 2 different levels of mist output, low and high. It is a cool mist so there will be no need to worry about small children or pets getting burned from it. This is a whisper quiet diffuser so it is nice for in the bedroom at night. This diffuser is very light weight and compact so it is easy to move from room to room. It has little feet on the bottom that have like a silicone in them so they will not move easily if it gets bumped. This diffuser is super easy to use and it comes with an awesome easy to read and use quick start quide. The guide has pictures to help, it has cleaning instructions, use instructions, a trouble shooting section and even a section on making different essential oil blends. Always use a good quality essential oil in a diffuser or they an get gunked up and stop working. The health benefits from essential oils are limitless from getting a cold, to having a headache, to just making your house smell pretty.

This is an honest and objective review of this item. I purchased for full price. I did not receive a free product not am I a paid reviewer. I did however purchase this particular diffuser based on its great reviews and 5 star rating. (That should have tipped me off but alas, it did not)First, I will say this is a very pretty diffuser. It looks IMO better in person. Based on first impressions, it seemed to be great quality. I liked the timer features, I liked that it held more water than a lot of others and could run all night. I so wanted to LOVE this diffuser! And it seemed to work ok at first in spite of having a very weak mist.However...upon waking up one morning, there was a huge puddle of water on my nightstand effectively warping the wood. Not awesome. I thought maybe I had done something wrong so after cleaning up the water, I refilled the machine and tried it again. I saw water dripping from the seam where the lid meets the body of the machine (see photos). I contacted the seller who suggested it might have been damaged in shipping and graciously sent me a new diffuser completely hassle free.Upon receiving the second unit, I immediately set about testing it and it seemed to work fine. Even had a stronger mist. I was pleased. That lasted about two days before it leaked down into the electrical part and apparently shorted out. It wouldn't turn back on. Water was dripping from the little vent on the bottom of the machine. No bueno. So I returned them and bought a different that isn't nearly as pretty and doesn't hold as much water but so far seems to work properly.

I can only give this product a one star at this point. I ordered four of these and after the first 4hours of use one of them leaked and stopped working. Then after two days of use another failed and the light has stopped working. At this rate the other two will most likely fail. I was really hoping these would last as I like the design and the features. It’s unfortunate that I now have to waste my time returning products that shouldn’t have failed in the first place. One out of four failing, okay, I bought a lemon. Two out of four failing, it must be a design flaw. If you like to gamble, this product will deliver on unpredictability. Such a bummer....

Works great. Can get a cheaper version that does the same thing.

Had okay reviews and looked like a cool design. Began leaking water a couple weeks after we began using it. Contacted the seller and they said they'd send out a replacement unit. They did so. The second unit also leaked within a week or so of receiving it. By the time I contact the seller again they tell me it's too late to ask for a return as too much time has passed from the original purchase.Neat looking design but the product itself is apparently defective in it's design. First unit leaked. The replacement unit leaked. I don't recommend buying this unit as it's likely that it will leak for you too.
