Organic Ginger Root 400mg: 90 Veg Caps

You can tell just by opening the bottle and the smell that comes out of it. Great for digestion and inflammation. The manufacturer suggests taking 1 cap per day, but I take 2/day with my main meals. You can take 2/day perfectly if you want, unless you suffer from a stomach condition. This is plain ginger root. Just make sure you take it with meals. I'm a registered practitioner in the UK.

Great product works really well. The only downside was that my last bottle the capsules tasted a bit of garlic as well as the ginger which was a little unpleasant. However, overall a fabulous product
